pBluescript II SK(-) In-Fusion forward primer 2

This forward primer is used with pBluescript II SK(-) In-Fusion reverse primer 2 (BBa_K5269028) to linearize the plasmid. This allows insertion of T7 promoter, T7 terminator and shRNA with Golden Gate Assembly Site (BBa_K5269025).
